15 Fun Bookmarks for Book Lovers

With all this talk of bookmarks lately, I thought I’d share some fun ones.

Shine a "light" on your reading progress with this adorable bookmark!

Keep two of your favorite things in one place: bacon and books!

Mama probably told you it's impolite to point–but not if it's at the spot where you left off.

For those of us who need to be reminded when it's time to put the book down ...

And for those of us who don't care whether or not we ever put the book down ...

Now this one is just adorable.

Just one more chapter...

An especially fitting bookmark for any mystery/thriller/true crime reader.

Because a bookmark is like the space in-between "episodes".

Again, for the reader with a morbid sense of humor.

Look at those eyes!

For readers who annotate their paperbacks.

For the green-thumbed reader.

"Hope is the thing with feathers ..."

Come to find out that Nessie was living in your paperback all this time!

  1. I love the flower bookmarks! Some of these are really cute. The one with the timer, I'm not sure I'd want to record my reading time. I'd feel like I had to faster than I already do.

    1. There are a lot of bookmark timers out there, I have a feeling they must primarily be for kids who are required to read for school purposes. So, for example, if they have to read 30 minutes a day, they set it for that and when it goes off they can happily stop reading. But for me, I would use it for things like bedtime, to make me stop reading–even though I don't want to–and go on to sleep. :)

  3. I love the idea of the zipper for uniqueness, flowers sound great, and the felt animal bookmarks sound adorable. Two friends that went on a mission trip to an orphanage in Kenya brought me painted animal bookmarks that are works of art--a giraffe with the long neck and a small hippopotamus on a vertical strip that looks like water.

    1. Nice! They sound lovely, plus every time you use them you probably think fondly of the friends who gave them to you. :)
